Don't ReBrand Businesses with Failing Enterprise Resource Planning Systems!

I agree a global market demands interoperability that is as effortless as virtuous as possible. If I was dealing with transferring information from one office to an over sea's office I would act without any reservation or discrimination. The joint venture must be operated with incorruptible energy and to think out of the box the most integral way is to have an open mind including ERP Systems. The way I would not go about mediating offices with incompatibility issues is the way GM in its history. Despite GM Failing Miserably in the United States and swan diving to ultimate bankruptcy it's Asian, European, Chinese, etc divisions were UN-phased, unaffected, by The American core failure. Was America's GM Department working with an open mind with their ERP systems and looking outside of the box to step closer to what was succeeding in China, Europe, and Asia, or were they being arrogant and acting with reservation that "THEIR UNIQUE " American/Arrogant Market was going to succeed with the production, marketing, selling, and maintaining of Hummers? It's interesting now that an independent Chinese Company has now bought out the Hummer brand in an attempt to refurbish and hopefully re brand it. I'm not enthusiastic about that all, I wish China was bailing Saturn out personally. It's sad the arrogance which isn't perceived as unethical (Because otherwise these crooks would be behind bars) isn't confronted and then at least their ERP Systems will be more disciplined for mediation incompatibilities.

Bio Ethics are ignored by Globalization, and the World Bank!

I feel that intense consultation should be acted upon by both parts. Bio-Ethics are a good cannon to follow. In class, some one advocated "Wallmart" and with my example I would intensely research the ethics of the planning to build a super retail store on a topographical location. Will the items be natural to that local ecology, what type of energy would bring in products that aren't natural to this store. The cost of the security system, heat, water, etc.etc. Are these going to be purged from foreign providers, will it sustain itself within only 1 season, or all four seasons on the year. These are ethics.... Ethics which effect the planet whether arrogant CEO's of wallmart want to accept it/acknowledge it or not. When companies are conversing/collaborating on an SCM the ethical intensity dictates the dynamic of their information integrity. I know that integrating plans of information for interacting supply chain management reflects the serious, respect that goes through their enterprising of the information within itself.
